Evident Nutrition was created by two friends, Matthew and Tamas, from a straightforward belief: nutrition should make life easier, not more confusing. With backgrounds spanning Michelin-level kitchens, human performance, and advanced nutrition science, they understand the demands of modern life and how much it matters to feel energised. They're building a practice grounded in simplicity, compassion, and a refusal to recommend anything that isn't backed by evidence. Their mission: help people feel and function better through strategies that actually work in real life.
About Us
Matthew’s interest in nutrition began through personal experience — navigating the challenges of energy, weight, and performance while balancing a demanding international career as a Broadcast Engineer with a love of food.
His perspective changed profoundly during his late wife Zoe’s illness, when they explored how nutrition could support her through treatment. That experience shaped his belief in the power of clear, practical nutrition to improve how people feel — even in the most difficult circumstances.
Following Zoe’s death, Matthew retrained in evidence-based nutrition, driven by a desire to better understand what works — and to help others apply it in real life. He specialises in working with men over 40, clients focused on longevity, and women navigating perimenopause and menopause, as well as those with PCOS.
Matthew’s approach is grounded in evidence, but always practical — focused on helping clients, as he has done to build sustainable habits that improve energy, performance, and long-term health.
Outside of his work, he enjoys cooking, running, cycling, and spending time with his two sons. He is also a trustee of a brain tumour charity and a founding member of Brain Cancer Justice.

With 25 years of experience across the European and UK food industries, Tamas brings together Michelin‑starred kitchen training, fine‑dining expertise, food development knowledge, and a deep commitment to health and wellbeing. His early career in high‑pressure, award‑winning kitchens shaped his precision, discipline, and understanding of how food influences both experience and physiology.
Alongside his culinary work, Tamas developed a strong interest in human performance, coaching, and behaviour change. His roles in sports coaching and personal training gave him practical insight into the real‑world challenges people face when trying to improve their health. After moving to the UK, he ran his own restaurant for five years before choosing to follow a growing passion for health, longevity, and nutrition. He later offered chef‑crafted frozen meal prep and personalised nutrition coaching, blending culinary skill with a desire to help people feel and function better.
As his interest in evidence‑based practice grew, Tamas focused fully on advancing his work in nutrition and completed the MacNutrition Uni Advanced Level 5 Nutrition Science Diploma.
Today, his approach combines rigorous scientific training with decades of hands‑on culinary and coaching experience. Tamas supports clients with clear, practical, and outcome‑driven guidance — helping them build sustainable habits, improve their wellbeing, and live healthier, more energised lives.
